कोई भी साझेदारी संस्था (फर्म), पेढ़ी, कंपनी, धर्मार्थ न्यास (चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट), सोसायटी या कॉर्पोरेट निकाय पदाधिकारी परिषद की स्वीकृति के सदस्य बन सकेंगे।
परंतु उनको सदस्य बनने पर अपनी ओर से प्रतिनिधि के रूप में किसी एक दिगम्बर जैन व्यक्ति का हो नाम भेजना होगा। यह प्रतिनिधि सदस्य कभी भी बदला जा सकेगा। इस प्रकार की सदस्यता 25 वर्ष की अवधि तक के लिए होगी ।
